Accessing the community

a. Click on the invite sent to your email.

b. Submit the Join the Global Activator Community form

c. View your email for confirmation email and login to Rotary-IEP hub.

d. Login using the email and password you just created while submitting the form.

d. Once you login you will be directed to Product Library where you can find Global Activator Community and your Regional Activator Community.

e. Click on View Product to access the community.

You will be prompted with community guidelines as soon as you join the community. Please read the guidelines carefully and follow them.

a. Go to Appstore (iOS) or Play Store (Android)

b. Search & download the app ‘Kajabi Communities’

c. Login using the email address which has access to community

d. Click Continue

e. Check your email to verify

f. Join Community

a. Click on your profile icon on the top right corner.

b. Click on Settings

c. Hover the mouse around your profile picture to update your profile picture.

d. Update your profile details

e. Click save

b. Click on ‘My Profile’

c. Hover the mouse around your profile picture and you can see the Edit icon.

d. Click edit profile

e. Click on Notification [top left corner]

f. Update notification settings

Community members will get the opportunity to participate in various challenges aimed at community engagement, celebration, charitable causes and knowledge sharing among others.

The Leaderboard showcases the challenges you have accomplished, and the corresponding points earned. It is important to note that this is a friendly display of your participation and doesn’t include any form of compensation or reward.

The ‘meetups’ tab lists all the activator events / workshops / trainings details. You can view the upcoming events as well as any events you are attending or have attended in the past.

The live room is where you can connect with members in real-time, like a webinar or meeting. Liverooms can be enabled by community admins only. Admins will notify you in advance of the upcoming Liveroom session.

The ‘Resources’ tab lists activator go-to resources like the Activator Workspace, Educational Actions Log and Directory.

a. Members can engage in meaningful conversation by creating or replying to community posts.

b. Members can also message fellow members directly:

i. Go to ‘Find Members’

ii. Select the member you would like to connect with.

iii. Click on the message icon next to the member profile

iv. Start conversation

a. You will find different themes and categories under your community circles.

b. Click on the themes you want to engage in.

c. Create your post or reply to existing conversations
