Activators interested to join the community will need to send their details to the Rotary-IEP Partnership Coordinator at  [email protected]

Once verified, they will receive invitation to join the community. 

a. Go to Appstore (iOS) or Play Store (Android)

b. Search & download the app ‘Kajabi Communities’

c. Login using the email address which has access to community

d. Click Continue

e. Check your email to verify

f. Join Community

a. Click on your profile icon on the top right corner.

b. Click on Settings

c. Hover the mouse around your profile picture to update your profile picture.

d. Update your profile details

e. Click save

a. Click on your profile icon on the top right corner.

b. Click on ‘My Profile’

c. Hover the mouse around your profile picture and you can see the Edit icon.

d. Click edit profile

e. Click on Notification [top left corner]

f. Update notification settings

Circles can be used to create different themes within your group.

• Go to Community 

•  Go to Settings 

•  Go to Circles 

•  Click New circle 

•  Add details: Title, Description and Select the Access Group 

[Note: Circles can be made private. This means even the members of the Access group will not be able to view content of private circles.] 

• Go to Community

•  Scroll mouse next to the circle you want to edit. 

•  Click on edit (pencil icon)

•  Edit the details 

Community members will get the opportunity to participate in various challenges aimed at community engagement, celebration, charitable causes and knowledge sharing among others.

The Leaderboard showcases the challenges you have accomplished, and the corresponding points earned. It is important to note that this is a friendly display of your participation and doesn’t include any form of compensation or reward.

The ‘meetups’ tab lists all the activator events / workshops / trainings details. You can view the upcoming events as well as any events you are attending or have attended in the past.

• Click on create new meetups
• Add details
• Select the Access Group
• Click Save

The live room is where you can connect with members in real-time, like a webinar or meeting. Liverooms can be enabled by community admins only.

•  Create announcement 

•  Pin this announcement: Selecting this will make the announcement to visible to all members of the community 

•  Select circle: Announcement visible for the single circle only 

The ‘Resources’ tab lists activator go-to resources like the Activator Workspace, Educational Actions Log and Directory.

a. Members can engage in meaningful conversation by creating or replying to community posts.

b. Members can also message fellow members directly:

i. Go to ‘Find Members’

ii. Select the member you would like to connect with.

iii. Click on the message icon next to the member profile

iv. Start conversation

a. You will find different themes and categories under your community circles.

b. Click on the themes you want to engage in.

c. Create your post or reply to existing conversations

You can host events by creating Meetups.
